At flowersinparadise.com.au we guarantee that our floral arrangements and gifts will be fresh and of the highest quality. They will arrive in excellent condition and if you are not completely satisfied, you should contact us as soon as possible.

Satisfaction - Returns Policy
The Flowers in Paradise return policy is simple and hassle free. A delivery person may call and collect the item or you can return it yourself.. As long as the product is in its original resaleable condition it may be replaced to the same or greater value, or alterntaively a gift voucher issued, or a full refund processed to the sender's credit card within 5 days.

Please note that we can only refund delivery charges if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise refunds will be only for the cost of the specialty gift item less delivery charges.
