Unfortunately we do not guarantee Sunday deliveries. Many of our florists across Australia are closed on Sundays. If Sunday or a Public holiday is selcted for delivery and we are unable to deliver for you on that day, your order will be delivered the day before or the day after.

If your delivery is required at a specified hour of the day you can include this information in the special instructions section of the form. Please note however that it is not always possible for us to deliver at specified hours. Every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times.

Some parts of Australia are particularly remote and may require special delivery arrangements, which may delay the delivery. We will contact you before your order is processed if we expect to experience any difficulties or delays.

Post Office Box delivery restrictions
In Australia it is not possible to deliver flowers or gifts to a P.O. Box address. If you supply a P.O. Box address the receiver will be contacted by phone for an alternative delivery address.
