What's included Our flower subscriptions deliver fresh, seasonal arrangements to your door on your chosen schedule. Each delivery is handcrafted by our team in Ballina and may vary based on seasonal availability.

How to Join Simply choose a floral product on our website and you will be given the option to start a subscription, it's that easy!

Billing Your subscription is billed automatically on a recurring basis (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly — depending on your chosen plan) using the payment method provided at checkout. You will be charged on the same day each billing cycle.

Cancellation You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account. To avoid being charged for the next delivery, please cancel at least 5 business days before your next billing date. Cancellations made after this window will take effect from the following billing cycle.

Pausing or skipping Need a break? You can pause or skip an upcoming delivery by logging into your customer account. Please do this at least 5 business days before your next scheduled delivery.

Changes to your subscription To change your delivery address, frequency, or preferences, please contact us at least 5 business days before your next delivery. You can reach us via our website contact form or by phone.

Delivery If a delivery cannot be completed (e.g. no one home, incorrect address), we will attempt to contact you to arrange redelivery. As flowers are perishable, we are unable to guarantee a second delivery attempt.

Refunds Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been fulfilled. If your flowers arrive damaged or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we will do our best to make it right.
